The Commitee of Charity The Icon is a non profit charity organisation. It is protected by the Romanian Patriarchy and it integrates itself in the charity work of the Romanian Orthodox Church.
Faith with no actions is dead in itself” saied Saint Apostle Pavel and our foundation has as an objective to put into practice the Christian principles in an organised and professional way.
Next to be being Christians, we are also Romanians and Romania needs today actions and not just words. We want to help at the development of this country and to participate at the removal from Romania of poverty and to encourage access to education for all children.
Children, Old Persons and Persons with disabilities are in the center of our foundation.
